    The last two years have been nothing short of pure exhilaration for any true Tuckerhead.  2003 saw THE album, Stompin' Room Only, that fans have waited for ever since any of us first caught the band live.  That winter, the release of the Capricorn remasters - with a live bonus cut on each one - also began.  By spring of 2004 the rest of the remasters were released and MTB gave us the best new studio album since Tenth (my opinion anyway).   Just when we didn't think it could get any better, the DVD "Live at Garden State 1981" was unveiled.  There had never been such a proliferation of material in Tucker's history!  If you weren't excited about that run, then I'm not sure you can call yourself a true fan.

    I'll be the first to admit, that onslaught will be almost impossible to duplicate, but in 2005 the momentum at least continues with the release of Anthology - the first to include music from the band's Capricorn and Warner catalogs, much less their entire career.  While I'm sure there will be songs you wished it included, it contains the band's most popular tunes, as well as one song from all 19 of the band's studio albums (except Still Holdin' On, the band's lone Polygram release, in 1988).  The set includes a booklet of rare pictures and liner notes from Barry Alfonso, who wrote them for the remasters as well.  Godd stuff fore sure!
